Shipping to Canada and Australia from Fort Worth, Texas, by Air Post is $48 on all orders. Deliveries are normally in 5-10 days after shipment, depending on local security and mail services. Orders of $300.00 or more ship free to Canada and Australia.
Shipping (Other than Canada and Australia) is by FedEx or USPS. The charge is based on the shipping destination area (from $65). Deliveries are normally in 5 to 10 business days after shipment, depending on local security and mail services.

If, for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return unopened items within 30 days and we will give you a full product refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Opened items are, regretfully, non-returnable, unless there is damage or a defect in which case we will happily provide a replacement of the items you ordered. Shipping costs on all returns back to the MyDiscountVitaminsOnline.Com warehouse or fulfillment site are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that packages be sent back to us with UPS or FedEx Ground or any other carrier that can track and insure it's packages. Make sure to email us with the tracking number so that we can track the package for you and issue credit immediately upon arrival. Please be sure to completely wrap your returns in the original packaging or equivalent. No refunds or merchandise credit will be given after 30 days. *
If a shipment is refused by the recipient and returned unopened and in good condition for a cash refund, a 20% restocking fee will be retained plus the cost of shipping. If returned for a merchandise credit, then only the incurred shipping expenses will be retained.
If only a part of the order is returned, we will calculate the refund or merchandise credit as follows:
(1) If the items are sold without volume discount, the merchandise credit will be the same as the purchase price. For cash refund, we charge 20% restocking fee.
(2) If the items are sold in volume discount, we need to recalculate the volume discount.
For example, the prices for item ABC are one (1) for $10, three (3) for $21 and five (5) for $25.
If in an order, 5 of them were purchased, and later 2 of them were returned.
The merchandise credit will be: $25 -$21 = $4
The cash refund will be: $4 *80% = $3.20

2. Wrap the items securely in the original packaging or the equivalent. Be sure to affix the RA# to the outside of the package.
3. Use the carrier of your choice to return the package(s) to the address you are instructed.
