The adrenal glands are also responsible for manufacturing and releasing adrenaline, which gives us the ?fight or flight? response.

To maintain optimal adrenal performance, it is important to provide the proper tools.

Mexican Wild Yam - contains sapogenins, which helps provide building blocks needed to our body to produce hormones.*

Pantothenic Acid - a B Complex vitamin necessary for the synthesis of red blood cells, steroid metabolism, neuron activity, and antibody production. *

Stinging Nettle - inhibits the production of adrenaline (epinephrine).

Eleutherococcus Senticosus - not only provides needed energy, Eleutherococcus Senticosus is an adaptogen.

Schizandra Berry - may stimulate the immune system due to its high concentration of lignans, which act as adaptogens.*

Vitamin C - supports the immune system and manufactures nerve-transmitting substances. During time of stress, the urinary system excretes Vitamin C at a higher rate.*

Vitamin B-6 - needed to make neurotransmitters such as serotonin and dopamine and is important for nerve cell communication.*

Deglycyrrhized Licorice Root - long used by the Chinese, it is thought to aid the adrenal glands during times of stress.
