What is Quercetin?

Quercetin may be the strongest of nature's anti-inflammatories. Quercetin is a plant pigment found in many foods such as onions, apples, berries, tea, grapes and red wine. It's not a nutrient, but is classified as a flavonoid. These flavonoids are what give fruits and vegetables their vibrant color.

What does Quercetin do?

Flavonoids such as quercetin are antioxidants -- they scavenge damaging particles in the body known as free radicals, which damage cell membranes, tamper with DNA, and even cause cell death. The anti-inflammatory properties help support prostate health. Taking Quercetin along with Maximum Prostate may be the ultimate defense against prostate problems.
